T-Melmax Sdn Bhd (T-Melmax) is a Bumiputera-Status ICT company registered with the Ministry of Finance & is also an active MSC status company. Its an investee company of Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP). This company was established with the purpose to develop innovative technology solutions for various industries with special focus on financial applications.
The focus of T-Melmax is on development of web based electronic banking solutions to facilitate retail and wholesale transaction processing. Our solutions are equipped to handle processing of bulk payment, bulk collection, retail payment and other variety of payments with interface to IBG (Inter Bank Giro), FPX (Financial Processing Exchange – Payment Gateway in Malaysia) and Statutory bodies such as EPF (Employee Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security) and LHDN (Income Tax) etc.
In the area of system integration also, we are a pioneer local Malaysian company offering services for system integration, with a successful track record of completing the IT system merger project for RHB Bank & Bank Utama, in a limited time period of 6 months within the fixed budget. We have a successful track record of integration and implementation of SunGard Treasury solutions and Stock Banking (Online Share Trading) solution.
T-Melmax believes that through its innovative product line, value-added cost effective services, well balanced executive management team and large market opportunity; the company will continue to grow, gaining market share over the next few years to realize its vision of becoming a leader in providing financial solutions for the south east Asian region.
T-MELMAX is relatively young but financially strong company. It is also an investee company of Malaysian Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP), who are our largest shareholders. The total paid up capital for T-MELMAX is RM 6.5 million. Our revenue model is more inclined towards ASP and recurring income currently we have ongoing long term contracts with several financial institutions (based on monthly payment terms).
