For this system the participant bank will act as the payment gateway and APS application will take care of all the comprehensive calculations. This system is beneficial for all those credit card companies, insurance companies and direct sales companies who need to pay commissions to their agents on regular basis.
 
This solution helps the above mentioned companies in cutting down the issuing of manual cheques for payments by replacing it with the electronic payment. Traditionally, payers used to pay commission to their agencies using cheques every month. It takes time and costs for the company to hire someone to calculate the commission amounts for each agency, probably thousand individuals. Not only that, they need to prepare thousands of cheques, put it in envelopes and stamp it. Finally mail /send the cheques to each agency at their specific address accordingly. Upon receipt of the cheques after couple/few days the payee needs to queue up to bank in the cheque. Its only after three working days that the amount gets credited to the payee account.

It is a highly scalable, modular, workflow based business rule driven application using which the companies can pay their agencies online via internet. There are only four inputs required, first and for most is sufficient fund in the payer’s bank account. Secondly, the data input like personal sales volume, overriding network sales volume and payee details. Lastly the system also provides the flexibility to the user to choose the payment date. Our robust system will calculate commission for each agency depending on user inputs and based on the pre-determined formulas and parameters. Once the flow is done, the payment file will be sent to the participant bank for processing. Finally the funds/commission amount will be transferred to each payee’s bank account accurately on the selected payment date. APS system will also generate reports for the users listing the transactions processed with other relevant details.
